Our organization was founded by a diverse team of educators, social workers, public health professionals, and military veterans—with over 50 years of combined experience successfully leading schools, serving in special education classrooms, delivering social-emotional and behavioral supports, and promoting the physical health and wellness of individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities.

Bridge Community Development Center is dedicated to serving the one in four Americans living with a disability through outcomes-based services that support individuals across all stages of life.

Our offerings include adult day services, employable skills training, job placement assistance, in-home respite care services, and transportation for program participants. We proudly support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through wellness education, recreation, caregiving support, and more.

We founded the Bridge Community Development Center initiative with a bold vision: to deliver a wraparound framework of services that go beyond what’s traditionally offered in day programs and home-based supports.
