SUMMARY: Aids people served in the program will living skills development, health maintenance and medication administration, personal care, and behavioral development in accordance with each individual’s Plan of Service and Support. This team member will assist in the participation for people served in traditional daily and weekly activities, and activities during the Day Services Adult program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

SUMMARY: Serves as the liaison between the Director of Day Services and all Direct Support Assistants. This team member will provide assistance to people served with living skills development, health maintenance, personal care, and behavioral development in accordance with an Individual Service Plan. The Direct Support Assistant Team Lead will directly assist participation for people served in traditional daily and weekly activities and serve as an advocate for consumers to be fully integrated into community life.

QUALIFICATIONS:

SUMMARY: Provides direct support to people receiving services in the Bridge Development Corporation of Mississippi Agency location. The agency director will train personnel, schedule workdays, and perform administrative duties, as well as provide oversight coordination of personnel in the absence of the Executive Director.

Responsible for supporting the office personnel to ensure efficient operation of Bridge Development Corporation of Mississippi Day Services Adult and Community Support Services.
